I drive over 60mile for service a Barb service dept. Alwways die a super job to assure all of my service needs are met.
The service manager FRED is always hepful and makes suggestions on time frame for seRvice that we will need for toyotos to kerp them in great shape. I travel 60 miles to terre haute indiand yet have dealer within 8 mile of my home. Why ?? Because we trust toyota of terre haute the service will be don correct and in a timely manner!!!

I am a Toyota Team Member. The fact that I purchased a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry, had it serviced according to Toyota recommendations, and the car failed the alignment test and all tires are now destroyed and need replaced is complete **** !! James said I likely hit a pothole, and knocked it ou t of alignment. That is just great that our customers are coming to Toyota off Terre Haute, purchasing a new vehicle, and expecting to have several years of no issues. Instead the customer gets to purchase a new set of tires at 38,000 miles and it’s just too damm bad. YOU know if YOU were in my shoes , YOU would be pissed too !!
