In the 15 years I have had my oil change when I have taken my vehicle in for an oil change my tires have always been rotated yesterday when my husband took the vehicle my tires were not rotated. Also my husband had paperwork in the passenger seat and he needed this and it was missing it was finally found with the service desk paperwork.

I did call and leave a message and said that I was going to stop back in on my way home as long as you all were open. I have not heard from anybody so I was assuming you guys were closed.

When I made my appointment I told the person I was concerned about my tires because I had a red tire warning light. I paid my bill after servicing and left Toyota. Then I noticed the warning light was still on and returned to Toyota. When they looked at the tires I found out I have a sensor that needs replaced and have to bring it back. Since I specifically told them about the tires it should have been found on the first visit.
