They did not put a sticker on my windshield to let me know when my next oil change is due. They did not tell me ahead of time that it would take 3.5 hours. They could at least kept me informed at the dealership about the progress and when they expected to be done.

Service that was delivered was excellent. But Katie unfortunately did order the wrong size tires and they will need to call me for another service call when they are able to obtain the correct size. It would have seemed to me that tires should be something easy to obtain: further they should have been able to schedule the repeat appointment while I was there and not have me waiting to see when that is going to be possible. I asked to have the tire pressure sensors checked. They said the test would cost me $90.50. I said OK they told me all four sensors needed to be replaced and it would be $840 to replace them. I got a second opinion from another company they did not charge me for the test and they said they were all good. Nothing wrong with them.
