Only issue I had was the wait time, understand employees were out but waiting more than 2 hours for a tire rotation? Maybe your customers who are mew car buyers should be scheduled differently? Or called ahead if service can not be preformed in a timely matter, or courtesy car offered to them? The service person did apologize, and I was understanding but really hope this is not the norm.

Rylen was super patient and helpful when I came in with my two toddlers. He opened the door for us on the way in and out, then let us know where to go as well as what is available while we waited. This was our first time at the dealership and it was the least stressful oil change appointment with my kids tagging along. He had the car pulled up by the door to make it easier for me to pack the kids back in there with the stroller. It was much appreciated!

So I knew my horn wasn’t working when I dropped the car off - we had a quick chat about it and ultimately decided to skip doing any diagnosing/work on it for this visit (which was for brakes). When I got my multipoint report, the horn was checked as green, so your girl got a little excited thinking maybe yall snuck one through for me since I’ve been a ridiculously faithful Toyota customer for alllllll maintenance over the last 11 years. Upon testing it in the lot, it…did not work. LOL. Soooo, no free horn service, which, all good, but it kind of left a bit of question around like…was everything else even checked and/or accurate at that point? I get things are crazy and busy, but again, kind of a miss. Brakes are very brake-y and Nick was lovely. :)
