On a scale of 0 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I’m going to rate Neil at a 1. He failed to call to update me not once about my car. Car was in for a total of 28 hours with 0 updates. Customer left scrambling with no vehicle and no apology from Carlson.

I had my tire pressures set correctly. When your dealership rotated the tires they adjusted the tire pressures and left off two of the value stem caps. I had all 4 tires within 1 psi, when returned to me they were off by as much as 5 psi.
This is the second time I’ve had trouble with simple tire rotation at your dealership. Why should I continue to have this done at Toyota??? Discount Tire will rotate for free and do it correctly.
