Neil was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to listen to the issues we had. Did not rush us thru. Explained everything that was done and what more was needed to be done at the end, which was the issue of the driver's side headlight. That issue was out of his control, who would pay for replacement. After us talking to the manager, the headlight got ordered and Toyota will pay.
