3 hour wait. Brakes were grinding before and they said they looked fine. I changed them myself when I got home. When I questioned if they do brakes he said it would be 600 dollars so I just left. Terrible service and I will never come back.

When I bought it I layed 10 grand down on a 30,000$ vehicle it had hail damage when I bought it $86 miles now it has 96 in one year and I lost over $15,000 in depreciation. They are telling me it’s only worth 15,000 not happy about that one for a first time buyer. How do you lose 15,000) in a year

I was under the impression that this service should have been free. I purchased my vehicle as a certified pre-owned from Carlson in December with 14k miles on it. I was told I’d have free oil changes and tire rotates until 25k miles. I got my first oil change and tire rotate at 19k miles which was free. This time the tech attempted to charge me for both a tire rotate and oil and labor. I told them I thought it was supposed to be free but I was still charged $88 and just paid it because I didn’t have time to argue it. It is a long drive for me and there are plenty of places I could have gone that would have been closer. Please let me know why or if I should have been charged for my service today..

Not sure what the mechanic did to the car but after the oil changed my car shaking. Hopefully it's not too much oil or using the wrong oil.shaking to the point where I can feel the vibration on the pedals and the wheels are shaking.
I check the oil level and it sees to be over the max une. They must have accidentally disconnected one of the hose on the engine by the engine filter and that's why the engine extra shake. I reconnected the hose and the engine shake less now and the wheels stop shaking. Hopefully that is it and hopefully it disnt damaged anything else. I keep giving carl chances because we love toyota and we certainly don't want carlson to go out of business, but I hope carlson train their employees to maintain dignity and integrity so the company can prosper more. This is not the first time I got disappointed and not the first mistake carlson employees do bad job. I once talk to manager and he said he will do something about it and never got back to me. I even took my siblings to carlson and they also broke something and now she is mad because caltson said they do t know what's wrong and they can't so anything about it. They even tell her to go to a different toyota dealer to resolve the issue that carlson mess up with. Sorry, I have to tell the truth of our recent experiences in hope carlson will do better for next customers. Thank you for asking amd I hope carlson use this bad experience as a lesson to better the company image and service for the future
