My guess is that there was maybe 2 hours of work to do on my Corolla when I arrived for my 10:15 appointment. I was greeted and waited on site. At 10:30, I received a text that I had missed my 10:15 appointment. About 3 hrs later I got my first update: due to them not knowing about my appointment, it might be another 2 hrs and I could get a loaner car (or shuttle?). I chose to continue waiting on site. About 5 min later, I learned that my car had been ready to go for about 10 min, but the advisor hadn't known.

I am always given a clear sense of what is going on with my vehicle. And I have never felt like I’m being pressured into buying some thing or having something done that isn’t necessary, or against my best interests. I did purchase a package for oil changes and tire rotations, which I suppose isn’t strictly necessary, but I think it’s a good choice. Thank you.

Broke the dip stick and tried to sell me new tires. I had a nail in one tire. Went to tires plus today because they are cheaper. They called me and said I didn't need new tires and they did a $30 patch. Will never bring my car inton Carlson again! Tried to overcharged me and get me to purchase tires I didn't need. I will never buy another car from Carlson again.

All I ask is after appointment put my lights back on auto.
The wife, who is not very familiar with my truck was driving later that evening with it, no lights on for awhile. She then called me and it was a quick fix. Safety. Can’t assume auto is always on, but like I said she is usually driving her vehicle and I am driving my Tundra. Thank you
