The advisor who was handling my case was kind of pushy regarding additional services, and not knowledgeable about them either: he said let’s open the hood of your car, I’ll show you where your supposed oil leak is. But when we did that he was not only unable to show me what he said, he was not even sure about what part of the engine the leakage is coming from, he said, I think it’s leaking from under this part from underneath, but I am not sure. That is before offering me an additional service for $170. He did not even bother checking where the problem actually is.

I do not understand what I would receive an auto-text when my car is done that includes a bill when I have a membership/repair package for regular maintenance, so my try final bill was zero.
I do not see a new sticker (since a couple of years ago) in my window that tells me at what mileage to predict my next regular maintenance.
