After being sent a YouTube video to watch on your new service which we watched. The car was dropped off and we were told it would take roughy 1.5hrs. After 2.5hrs we just went to pick it up. After getting home we finally received a text message that it was ready.

Well I wasn't completely satisfied. I feel the price is high. I brought in my own oil for an oil change and the bill was still $55. Also, the last time I brought in my vehicle there was a multipoint inspection that showed my brakes and tires were in the "yellow". This time both were in the "green". I have not changed my breaks or tires. Is there an actual test or are people just guessing or eyeballing it?

The ability to communicate and find out the status of my vehicle was extremely difficult. I spent close to two hours calling multiple times to talk to a service adviser. I kept being told they would call me back asap, but never received a call (until I said I expect a call back within the next 15 minutes). I was initially told a part had been ordered and my car would be worked on in the morning. I need my car for my job, so needed to know if I’d have it the next day or not. Please figure out a way to use your text/dashboard and actually update it. I understand things get busy and people get sick and others fill in, but please take the time to communicate fully.

I had my vehicle serviced 3 different times for the same things. Service was terrible. Had to talk to 5 different people to get my points through to what needed to be done. I set up all 3 appointments and it took them a full day each time and still didn’t get resolved or fixed properly. I had to call 7 different times, 5 different people/staff for a return ride all I got each time was someone will call you shortly to set that ride up. Follow up calls went nowhere. I drive home after waiting after the first call 3 hours prior after hours only to find out SOS ???? light was still on. The only thing that got resolved in 3 separate appointments and 3 whole days was a new battery. Very disappointed in all 3 visits. I would suggest/recommend that if you can’t address customers concerns properly to only take on what you can handle and send them to a professional/better dealership!

The person who entered my appointment didn’t input the correct spelling of my first or last name. Had the wrong phone number listed. Also I said I was coming in for a new tire due to unrepairable flat and after waiting 2 hours of waiting i was told the replacement tire was not available at the time of my service thus I needed to make a second trip. Also the technician stated my tires were over inflated and he would request that they be corrected. That was not done.
