The service person that helped me was very nice and he did nothing wrong, but your dealership and Toyota should treat your customers with more respect by not wasting my time. If I scheduled service and Toyota accepts my appointment it’s your responsibility to not waste my time and make sure parts are actually available to do a recall that is your personal responsibility to fix. Maybe you should focus on customer service instead of only profits you would’ve noticed you couldn’t actually perform my recall fix but I guess I have to keep driving around and hope my truck doesn’t catch on fire. I was also told I have to call back and check when parts are available that should be your job not mine.
