So you rotated my tires but didn't check the pressures? My tire pressure light was on when I drove away. And we no longer do washes with service? I also used to get an inspection report that a service manager would review with me before I left, now some link to a confusing site with a walk around video of my vehicle for what purpose?

I purposely wait at the dealership so they can talk to me about anything else that needs to be done to the car. Instead, I just received a phone call. They should have come and talked to me in person. On the phone, he made some recommendations which I agreed to. He said he would send a text for me to make an approval. Minutes later, before I got that text, was called up to the cashier to pay for my oil change and was told my car was ready. I told the cashier I was having another service done. She had to go find the service person to see what was going on. Then, I received another phone call from the service department. I asked them if they were going to do the service I agreed to and by this time I already had my keys back was frustrated with the lack of customer care so I said forget it. I have had my car serviced there since I bought it in 2013. The past few times I have gone there for service it has felt not as personable. Also, what happened to the free car washes with service? I was expecting a wash but did not get one. Unfortunately, now I have to find somewhere else to go for the services that they said needed to be done. I will not be returning to Carlson nor will I recommend to anyone else. I left there frustrated and upset.

Willard did fantastic, he’s really something special. He made me feel heard and listened too when I came in for service, and it was my first oil change so he explained to me about the Toyota care my vehicle has. Let me know about the fantastic prepaid maintenance I can get when through with my 2 years of ToyotaCare. 5 star customer service and a 5 star explanation of my Multipoint Inspection

Will made me feel so welcome from the very moment he approached me. He gladly answered all of my questions and help me to learned few things I didn’t know about my car. He was so kind and a wonderful person to work with. At the end he explained step by step what you guys did with my car and my options and plans for my car further on. My respects to a worker like this. Oh, and he spoke to me in my first language! That was actually the best!

Made appointment for Toyota Care and recall completion online. Arrived and was told they could only rotate my tires or I would have to leave the truck and they would get it in later. Got a ride home and vehicle was done less than 2 hours later. Had a $48 invoice upon pickup even though work order clearly stated free Toyota Care was performed and there was no extra customer approved work.

I was supposed to be there for 45 minutes. I was there for over 2 hours. Kind of crazy.

Made an appointment for a recall that no issue was found for - oil change costed me $20 more then quote came in for an email $105 for an oil change is insane - lady at cashier was very rude - cashier was very slow

Glad to have the second key! 5000 mile service check went great!
