Not the fault of Christian, but it shouldn't have taken almost 3 hours to do an alignment and oil change when I had a prescheduled appointment for these services.

The only comment I have about this experience is I had to go there twice to have the issue resolved. I just bought the vehicle and they didn't want to fix the issue before I drove it off the lot. But said they'd honor it within the first week. Which they did fix it, so thank you for making my vehicle safe which it should have been to start with

I have a ‘95 Camry that I’ve driven for 27 years. Engine issues sadly warranted a new (used) Camry. Preston (salesman) ant Carlson Toyota and Nathan (tire tech) were great to work with! Both friendly and professional. Bought a used 2012 Toyota Camry XLE - Preston was informative and helpful during viewing process and took time to point out features. Because RF tire had low pressure after test drive, Preston said to bring back for final detail inspection and tire pressure check. When I did, tire pressure was low again. Nathan found leak issue (corrosion in rim) and showed pic. Everything was taken care of. Good experience and customer service! Thank you.
