Josh did a great job. This was my third service appointment and the last two my truck was not washed as promised. Also there is a problem with my driver door randomly locking when I get out and the truck is running. The fob will not unlock it and I have to go to the passenger door to unlock the driver side. I hope this is not an item that just gets kicked down the road till the warranty is over

Provided services I told them not to provide. He took the charges away. After he said they weren’t covered and I said I never asked for them. I was told 2-3 times they would wash my vehicle and never did. I told two people what I was coming in for. I don’t think I will be back. I have prepaid maintenance. I am not please ,my vehicle is worth half what I owe. Bad experience all around .
