I asked for an out the door price on an oil change prior to handing my keys over.
I was given a price, and I asked a second time if he was sure that the fee would not exceed his quote.
When I got the bill it was $10 more than quoted.
It doesn’t seem like a standard oil change for a vehicle that was purchased at your dealership should be that difficult to predict a total price for service.
This is the second time I’ve had Service done and was charged more than I was told when I brought my truck in.
I had a transmission flush last year and was charged much more than the quote.
This is the kind of poor service that makes customers not want to bring their vehicles to a dealership for service.
