Had a little snafu with your technology. My appt was at 11 but at 11:15 I received a text that I missed my appt. But I saw my truck where it would be parked when finished. I went to the cashiers desk to ask about paperwork and the text I received. They called the tech and things started moving very quickly after that.

It was my first time going to the Toyota in coon rapids, I usually go to the maplewood one but other than that, Jeremy was great and his attitude made me feel good, I usually have anxiety but he made it easy and nice for me !

Checking a recall on the battery is shouldn’t take 2 hr. When I got the call to bring my car in, I was told it shouldn’t take more then 15 min but I give them an hr to do but was done in 2 hr. This service will not be suitable for me. The rep need to do more training on how to get services done in a timely manner

We had an 11:00 appointment, checked in at 10:50 but we did not get out of there until 12:45 which is the longest time we’ve ever had for the same service. Our only complaint is the lengthy wait.
