You should ask your customers if they are using a coupon when they come in. You know that the coupons were sent out and that they expire at the end of the month, so why not ask your customers when they arrive? It would have made a big difference in my experience. Otherwise I was very happy with the service.

The service technician seemed rather inexperienced and there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail, on top of several suggested repairs which did not all appear to be immediately necessary, giving the feeling of trying to inflate the final tally, although I don’t really believe that was the intent.

Very frustrating that they were texting me that the vehicle was ready
when it was my wife Nancy who was waiting
at the dealership. She went to the front desk after she had been there for 2 1/2 hours to find out the work had been completed an hour
before. I did not receive the texts myself as I was working outside at home. Otherwise the work itself was fine.
