I had an 8:45 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. My Highlander didn't get moved into the shop until 9:45. I spent over 2 hours waiting. I was told there was a problem with the system. I should have been notified updront.

What was a near disaster w the oil pan drain plug not correctly installed by a Toyota mechanic caused a massive leak in my garage(pics available) I spoke to service manager Lance and we discussed how to get my truck into Carlson Toyota safely….upon arrival I was assigned to Nick Skogman. We discussed the best way to rectify this headache….nick understood my concerns, got my truck in ASAP, had an oil change completed, and they had a mechanic check over all the gaskets, seals and O rings from an oil leak from may(timing gear cover). Nick had them clean the engine block, the frame, clean all the oil underneath engine….they ran my truck for 15-20min to insure there were no leaks…Nick did an OUTSTANDING job of servicing my trucks and correcting this Toyota miscue…D.Gillen

Terrible experience. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then the service team left my passenger side window open and the car was sopping wet on the inside. I insisted it get cleaned up. So I waited another 20 minutes. When I got the car back, it was clear all they did was do a quick wipe down, so the inside was still a mess. I am super unhappy.

Tires weren't rotated, Tires pressures were wrong on paper report I had one low tire and when I got the car back the tire was in the same place and the tire was still low. Yet the report showed they were rotated and all the pressures were normal

Service department noted an oil leak, reached out and asked me if they should evaluate it… I said yes definitely look into it. In the end they completely ignored the leak and sent the vehicle home with me. Turns out that now there is such a significant leak that it’s worse than ever. A huge puddle in my driveway less than 12 hrs of having it home. Wow this is not a place to take your vehicle if you care anything about it… obviously Carlson Toyota does Not Care about your vehicle.
