The team did not address the issues i had questions on. They did not communicate with each other to do the proper investigations into my hybrid battery issues. But they did a great job with the inspection even though I didn't need it. Scott did a good job problem solving but it was not for the issues I brought it for. Overall my specific issues was not handled properly and that was mis communication, or it was deliberate to make me pay more for the same diagnostic. Either was i was not impressed and my issues still exist. Would you pay someone to tell you have battery issues without telling you why?

Dealership needs to have parts in stock so its convenient for customer not to have to reschedule another service since part not in stock.

I purchased my new 2026 tundra August from your dealership. This had been my second visit for service. Each time I have showed up for my scheduled appointments, the rep has said that I don’t have an appointment scheduled. The first time was set up by phone and the second was done through the app. Both times the same result, no appointment on your records, even though I had received confirmation texts the night before. Now, the representatives still received my truck for service so there was no harm. My assumption though is that this had caused a strain on the tech’s scheduled to provide service to those vehicles already in their docket. When I addressed this issue with the desk representative he basically said there was nothing that could be done. I’m assuming there are some deficiencies in the scheduling process that could be improved and if I was running the desk, I would seek to improve them

I had a lot of questions about what service was necessary, a good idea, or could wait for the future and James was very patient and explained each item to me. As a female I’m always appreciative to be treated equally, and James was very professional in that respect. I will definitely continue to get my care serviced at Carlson because of the great customer service.
