I had an 8:45 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. My Highlander didn't get moved into the shop until 9:45. I spent over 2 hours waiting. I was told there was a problem with the system. I should have been notified updront.

Please have the employees take the seat cover, paper floor mats, and ticket number paper off the mirror before you hand the vehicle off to the client! Everything else went well.
