I am frustrated to have to pay $200 for a diagnosis check since a warning light was on and I told the attendant what the problem was. Further more I am finding out the part maybe under warranty. I could have used a friends code reader again to tell me the issue. Not happy. Not going back to your dealer for service again.

When I made my appointment I had to call back for a later in the day appointment as I realized I would not be able to get there at 2:00 pm. It was changed to 3:45 pm when I arrived the person checking people in said your appointment was for 2:00 pm. Vi said no I changed it to 3:45 and that I had received reminders on my phone for the 3:45 appointment. She looked thru her appointmen on her hand held device and couldn’t find it but said it didn’t matter they would get me in. I had to show her my appointment reminder on my phone . It might not mattered to her but it mattered to me that I was in time, a few minutes early in fact.

Service tech was sitting on computer when I pulled in. I was the only customer waiting and waited over 5 minutes. Seems the computer work could have waited until I was checked in. Customer Service has always been priority 1 at carlson. This was a lesser customer service experience
