The advisor said the work would take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It took over three hours and no one ever came to see me or let me know how the work was progressing or why there was a delay. I finally went up to the desk and asked for a status, and they finally gave me my car with no explanations or apologies. Up until now I’ve been very happy with the service from your dealership, but this time I felt completely ignored and unappreciated.

Received intake post. NOTHING until I called for an update. I arrived at 430pm at the service area to find out the billing was not completed. I THEN WAITED until 450 to get my service ticket so I could leave. During my arrival no service blue shirts were working on a computer terminals. Standing around talking amongst themselves. Poor showing for customer service and keeping the customer up to date for progress of the vehicle service. The vehicle was outside when I arrived. Again the cashier was the one to talk to me. No service writer talked to me the customer. Standing around and talking to themselves instead of customers looks really bad.

The service was great and what I expected. What I am disappointed with is that the online quote is for around $74 and the final price for my oil change was $98. So I was a little surprised in the difference of what is shown on the website versus what I actually paid for the oil change.
