I thought 1 1/2 hours for a tire rotation was way over what I thought it would be. I also thought my truck would go through the car wash. I’m a little disappointed.

My vehicle was dropped off for 5 days to complete 4 items, one being an oil change. After returning I was told 3 of the following issues were resolved. After I paid in full, I drove away and got on the freeway, it was clear 2 of the issues were still not resolved. I had already paid and driven away. My only option was to drive back to the dealership after spending an hour in traffic, then I had to leave the vehicle for the weekend as the issues weren’t resolved. Highly frustrated by the poor customer service.

Normally I am happy with the service but this time I came back to the cover for the cabin filter not put back nor was the cover on the battery in the trunk put back over the battery, it was just tossed into the trunk.

The oil change and tire rotate services were great. I would have expected the car to be run thru the car wash before being returned to me (other dealerships do that as a courtesy).

Appreciate how he patiently explained issues with car and unexpected costs.
However, car was not washed when I went to the car.
Also , more importantly the form (invoice)had the incorrect mileage when i checked out and paid. Sticker on my windshield also had wrong mileage and wrong mileage to return for next service.

I’m also very happy with the help I got from a lady at your Service Desk that went out to my car and synced up my cell phone to the Maps app on my vehicle so now I can use Maps my car screen. And I also got geat advice from a gentleman at the Service Desk regarding ordering a bisor extension from Amazon since they didn’t offer that accessory at Toyota.
