Took to long I thought when you make a reservation you reserve a time slot that was yours to get the job done. You wou t go to a restaurant with a reservation and have to wate 4 hours to be seated. I do like your friendly attitude.

I asked for a coolant flush because the service email mentioned a coolant flush for my 100000 mile factory recommended service. Got my truck back with the oil change and tire rotation but no flush of the coolant. I asked for the coolant flush because I am going on a road trip.

Service rep had an attitude. For the appointment service called me because of a promo they had going on. Then when it became time to pay they had no idea of the oil change promo and the service rep once again stormed off with an attitude to correct the bill, which was still higher than the promo that I was called and reached out to for. On top of all that, it took over 1.5 hours for a simple oil change at 7am when no one was in front of me causing me to be late to my job. 1/10 service.
