2+ hours for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous. When I finally did get my vehicle, I had to clean it: the plastic was still on the driver's seat, a paper covering the floor was still there, and the hand tag was on the floor.
I was never contacted during the service; I had to ask twice about the status.

Took much longer than stated when I arrived at my appointment time. And when I went out to get my vehicle the front passenger seat was totally flat and back seat had stuff on it (small dirt, dust and fiber). No large quantities but why? The whole operation seemed off key.

I loved working with Annika, she was very warm and welcoming. This was my first time getting service done at Carlson. I have worries getting service done at dealerships due to news of scams. I loved that there was a video showing the issues with the vehicle by the mechanic. I loved that they put a floor mat in and seat cover before driving it to keep it clean. Very professional staff and very happy with the experience.
