Pricing was inaccurate even after showing before the service. Waited for that to be adjusted longer than it should have taken, I asked that the maintenance lights be reset, they were not. I checked oil level when arrived home, 3/4 quart low to be full which I added.

Needed further from technician about diagnostic of the rear sunroof. I understand needed 7 hours to uncover underlying issue why motor and gear don't work well. I believe it was a rip off to take 180 for diagnostic to tell me that the gears were grinding yet that was visible without even opening the roof. Total rip off. Asked for technician waited over 15 minutes to see service advisor with no avail. I left dejected and ripped off. Wish I never dropped car for unrealistic diagnostic.

Did not help me to know what to do. Lied about my tire quality said they needed to be replaced soon even though they were replaced this year. I went home and measured them myself they are perfect.

It still speaks when turn on and put it in gear. Just had a major repair and it squeaks. Brought it in s they csn cold start it and was not able to find anything wrong. Started it today and squeaks and I took video so maybe that can help what is going on. Is there someone I can email it to?

Service Tech was great. When I called I requested 5 recommended fluid changes. When I arrived they had me scheduled for 1. They told me they could complete all 5 so I stayed. Out of the 5 They only completed 4 because the mechanic didn’t have the correct tool needed to complete the 5th fluid change. I was told he normally uses someone else’s but they were gone. I bought the vehicle at Carlson and all service has been done at Carlson. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

When my car was done and I got into my car, there was the plastic seat cover and floor cover still in there with oil on them. I took them out to throw them away. I got all over my hands had to go in and clean off. I noticed it was smeared on the door as well. I also noticed that they did not reset my service on my dash and it’s still showing that I’m overdue for an oil change. Service tech was nice, but the job seemed really sloppy.
