Service was great! No complaints there. I got a text message saying I have an invoice to pay, which I was told I had no additional charges from my Toyota care check in. I called the same afternoon to get it closed out and see why it was telling me I owe $97, to which I was told “it will go away when the ticket is closed and you don’t have to pay it”. Still getting notices that I owe money, which is frustrating.

I called Nick the day before my appointment to discuss some options on my repairs. He was thoroughly helpful on the phone with me. Next morning, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Nick greeted me and we talked about adding a tire rotation (since the car was in for new front brakes anyways), and again…all through the process, as I waited for my car, he came to fill me in on what was needed and what want necessary. I admired the service that Nick provided through the process!!
