I cannot believe that you people even have the audacity to ask. Other than being home at the start of the day, absolutely nothing went right.
First, I brought my car in for an issue that you were unable to diagnose and or replicate. I know it’s happening. Sometimes my dash works, and sometimes the display does not come up at all. I have no idea what’s causing it. After your inspection, I am no closer to knowing the truth than when I brought my car to you in the first place. I know there is an issue because it does happen. That’s the main issue, but there are several others.
You did not communicate with me in a timely manner. Once the inspection was over, I was expecting to get my car back. That did not happen. You should have communicated with me about picking up the car as soon as the inspection was over. You did not do that.
I called around 2 PM to see if it was ready. The person. I spoke to said she would check on it. I received no call back. I called back just before 4 PM demanding to get my car back as it was finished. Gabby hung up on me. How dare she!!! You were holding my property. I had every right to get it back as soon as I paid the bill (which, by the way has been paid in full). I called back demand to get my car back. They said they would send a shuttle. They did not.
I had to call my brother and have him take me over there. It was around 7 PM when I was finally able to get to the dealership and pay the bill. Also, when I showed up to pay the bill, the cashier was very rude!! I have to admit I was expecting it based on the way I was treated. I give you zero stars for my experience with you.
I’ll bet all you guys can say is “ Better luck next time”. After the ridiculous where I was treated and me nearly having to wait an extra day to have my car back, you can damn well be sure there won’t be a next time.

I clearly requested that I did not want my vehicle to be washed. That I had just washed and waxed the vehicle. Your staff disregarded my instructions. Now I will have to go through the process again, which took me various hours to complete before. Not very happy! As a customer, I have purchased three new vehicles from your dealership and always bring the current one to be serviced there. I will have to rethink my use of your service department.

Have been in three times for a steering wheel shake insisting that it’s not tire balance issue as they are brand new tires and have been balanced multiple times. They insisted that was the problem so got new tires put on where I bought them originally and problem still there. This is not a tire issue but they did not properly diagnose and problem still there after paying lots of money for proper diagnosis. Not happy about service

1st Service Writers Jeremy & Erin were great in handling the problem with my Grand H/L. Moved to MN 2months ago & scheduled my Toyota Care 5000 mile check-up with you. I picked you strictly on your TV ad really liked the little girl in her peddle car. Told me this was a family business. When your Techs tried to take off my locking hubs they broke my hub key. You ordered a stronger hub key & I brought car back after you received them. 2nd new hub key was again broken by Tech. Erin ordered a 3rd hub key set. Your seasoned Tech got locking hubs off said they were over torqued at factory & installed new ones. I made 4 trips to your dealership due to this. As I said I was not happy with what happened but Erin & Jeremy were very good in handling this problem.

Final bill was significantly higher than what was quoted and there was no information as to why until we had to pay the bill. Also, the tech disabled the lift gate power causing alarms to go off while driving it home and needing us to troubleshooting it ourselves.

All good. Last time I didn’t get a mileage reminder sticker, and I like them. I also hate that the service light goes on to remind me that I have to rotate tires and I don’t do them thru you, as Costco is much cheaper. Otherwise, the staff seems good.
