It took two full hours to get a 5000 mile checkup. My contact apologized more than once, that's good, but two hours seems excessive.

My dissatisfaction is not with Nick directly, it is with the fact that I waited over two hours and 15 minutes for an oil change that was supposed to take an hour to an hour and a half. Never got any communication or updates that they were running behind schedule, and never got a text, saying it was completed when I returned the lot with my ride. It It was just being put up on the hoist. I’m assuming to start the service that was to have been done 90 minutes prior. Never. I know it was not just myself because there was other people quite frazzled and disappointed wondering when their car was going to be done as well. Perhaps schedule too many people for one day to adequately meet the timetables for the service.

I had been called and offered a special price and when my wife paid it was full price. I have called to talk to someone and the first day they were going to call me back , they never did . The second day I called and after I got forwarded around a message I was told was the person at this extension was not available . ????

The work done was great. For whatever reason the vehicle was done with service, however we waited for an hour before I contacted the service manager about the paperwork not being completed so we could pay our bill. He was very helpful, however if I had not contacted the service manger I suspect we would been way longer than the 3 hours to get 4 new tires. The car sat completed for an hour in the parking lot. I understand things get dropped, however for an hour sitting on a desk?

The inspection report seems to be inaccurate. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation a few months back. The inspection report indicated some wearing on my tires and brakes signaling upcoming maintenance or replacement would be due soon.
This report showed all areas in the green, where before some of those were in the yellow. Since that appointment months ago, there was no maintenance done on my vehicle, so those areas should still be in the. yellow. Was an inspection actually done? It feels like the one done yesterday was not completed or was dishonest.
I paid for that inspection to help me know where I need to gauge future maintenance for my vehicle so I can plan and budge accordingly.
