The automatic communications could use some improvements. The text message had the wrong car listed; the email with the enclosure only had the check-up document and not the bill document with the costs of the new tires installed so it was confusing. I booked a 120k service. That included spark plug replacement. For $423. When I got there, the guy with the iPad said he didn’t have it. Asked me what I wanted. I told him. He said it wasn’t coming up. Tried to sell me a transmission flush for $190. Then he told me spark plugs were way more than $400. After watching him struggle with his iPad for 3 more minutes, I finally said ‘just do an oil change and rotation’. Which they did. Then he comes and finds me and says, “here you go all done, oh, and they are recommending a spark plug replacement’. Well, no kidding!? Ridiculous.
