i had many issues with a simple tire rotation and then on the way home i realized that they had not even done the simplest part of the job and cleared the service oil light which i was told came on because the tires needed to be rotated.not sure if i can trust the service department to do any other repairs if they can’t even rotate the tires.also when i was waiting i was interested in getting a price on a new Tundra was talking with mary gave her my email and phone number to get back to me still nothing

My partner brought our vehicle in today and returned to tell me that your people said we had a fog light out. I was surprised to hear that it wasn't even offered to be replaced whether warranty or not. I am grateful we were told but it seems odd that there was no opportunity to get it fixed. It's very different than what I am used to from Carlson and I've been a customer multiple times over.

I had scheduled my vehicle to be dropped off at 7am and told them they could have it all day and I needed it back by 4pm after I got off work. I even called and confirmed this the week prior to the appointment. I was scheduled for an oil change and was having 4 new tires installed. I called at 3:15pm asking if the vehicle was done yet. I was told it was still being worked on and it wouldn’t be ready for another hour. I came to the dealership at 4:15 and was told another 10 minutes. Vehicle was not done until 4:45pm. I don’t feel it’s acceptable to have my vehicle from 7am to 4:45pm for an oil change and tire installation.
