Had a perfectly clean car when I came in at 5000 miles for the maintenance required display, for what I thought was an oil change. Was told first oil change occurs at 10,000 miles (I’ve never gone past 7500 miles with full synthetic oil), and only tire rotation was done. My car was washed, I picked it up wet, and it dried with water spots over the entire car.

Had some questions on my vehicle and person wasn’t in till 10 and I wasn’t waiting for them to get in. Had an issue with my dash cam and was told from the start that it was aftermarket even though it was a Toyota dash cam. Was told I needed tires on the front and not to rotate even though my vehicle is a fwd not an awd and the paperwork given to me was for the same year of vehicle but different model and listed it as an awd drive but my vehicle is not that and a different vin from my vehicle. Was told he was a tire expert but wouldn’t listen to the customer on needs of rotate tires to the front with better tread. Got the impression that I was an idiot and the people that worked there knew more than me. Was told on the dash cam issue that I have to register it but that is all that was told to me. Was not shown or given instructions on how to do it. Which doesn’t surprise me as he told me twice that it’s an after market item until I should him in the Toyota website the exact camera.

I had set up an appointment 2 weeks ago and when I arrived, it took nearly half an hour to get in. The total experience took 1 and 1/2 hours and for an oil change, tire rotation, and replacing wipers it should not take that long.

When i made appointment i said i wanted oil change, car ready for winter and to dibs out why low tire pressure light was on. When i got there, i told two different people what i wanted including tire light on. When car was done, i asked what they found out about tire light.
Didn't remember, i wanted it done. Didn't notice light was on. Not mentioned it in report. Told me if it was still on, take it where i had it worked on a couple years ago.....if i had wanted to do that, i would have. I wanted you to fix it. It seems i need a battery in back driver tire sensor. Tire discount will do it but not until next Friday... if you had remembered what i asked you to do, it would be done today and i would not have to deal with it in for another week ... when people complained about your service, i always stood up for you... not any more....
