I normally have no problems with service at Catlson. However, in this case I believe the estimate for the proposed service work was far too high. Upon checking other resources, I received quotes as much as 50% lower. Given current economic realities, I just can't ignore that difference.

Excellent service, work was done in a very timely manner and appreciated the videos of the underside of the vehicle the engine compartment, and then the walk around the vehicle. I had not had the video underneath of the vehicle before, so that was very much appreciated to see how things are looking.
