Although I was satisfied with the actual service, the general cost for services like an engine flushing, oil change and alignment, are exorbitantly expensive. Not to mention a 3% credit card fee. The cost is the reason I'll be looking for certified Honda mechanics elsewhere

There were hiccups in servicing my car for the safety recall, but Ta was responsive and pleasant throughout. She apologized a couple of times which was considerate of her. I was loaned out a nice 2025 car of the same model as mine and a courtesy tank of gas that I requested. I'll be back for servicing in the future.
