The service took less time than expected. Your Rep was fast and efficient. He knew all the answers to my questions and didn’t try to “upsell” me but pointed out services that may be needed at my next appointment. He was high energy and friendly. He arranged shuttle services to and from your dealership which was great because it was raining hard. Bother drivers were very nice and called to let me know they were on their way on the return trip. Since the service was a recall, I paid nothing and the bonus was that my tires, brakes and fluids were checked as well which assured me that my car was safe for an upcoming trip to Mendocino. My faith had been restored in your dealership because of this positive experience and great customer service. Thank you.
