I was very satisfied with the service and customer service. Hong was very professional and explained everything very clearly. However, I do want to share a concern. Upon receiving my car, the passenger seat position was moved all the way forward for some reason and was not returned to its regular position upon receiving the car. Subsequently, I also noticed when cleaning the car later on at home, a woman’s fingernail on the driver side floor. I found that to be very curious. I thought perhaps a woman worked on my car but then wondered how someone could work on a car with such long nails. Thank you for your attention.

The wait time was extremely long. I was told 330pm. I arrived a little after 330pm and was told an additional 15min and it would be good to go. I ultimately waited an additional hour before I was able to retrieve my vehicle.
