I am very happy that Victor was my service advisor today. He was completely knowledgeable, professional and kind. He provided great information and took the time to answer my questions. He is solidly the best advisor I have spoken with at Honda. He pointed out some things in the car that need replacement. I did not feel pressured to do so and I will likely call him to schedule the work. I will only want to speak with Victor from here on out.
