What I did not liked was paying 3% extra on top of your high charges for using my credit card and why was not pointed out at the moment of quote! We live a busy lives we don’t read the little tiny letters and hiding costs.

We were told the diagnostic was $250 and then someone called and said the mechanic hadn’t figured out what the noise was yet so it would be $500. When we arrived to pick up the car, we found out it was $250 PLUS $500. So we paid over $750 just to learn what was wrong with the car. What a ripoff. Very upsetting. We bought from this dealership and have brought our Honda to get serviced here over the last 10+ years and have not felt scammed before, this felt like a scam.
