Taz Stewart was extremely helpful and friendly. She has an excellent demeanor and really went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken great care of. I asked her if my vehicle was able to be done by a certain time because I needed my vehicle to pick up my grand-kids and she reassured me that it would be done, no problem. I went back at the pickup time she confirmed and everything was done seamlessly. Please ensure that she’s taken care of with the proper acknowledgment of performing stellar customer service. Every time my car is serviced there, everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at Honda of Oakland, your entire staff provides impeccable service and always makes sure that everyone is well taken care of.
