John service was completely professional and outstanding. He went above and beyond to provide service for my vehicle in a timely manner. He was able to wash my vehicle without even having to ask him. Honda should promote him to management for the outstanding service he provides each and every time I get my service from Honda. Much appreciated and respect to John. Thank you again.

A criticism, your voice mail system is difficult until you get an appointment. No one knows if a particular person is in the office to answer questions. As an older, disabled person it’s difficult to come in person to ask questions. PS your parts department couldn’t answer which of the tires they found was best. I had thought they’d be the experts.

John told me my van would be ready around 2pm. I arrived at 4pm to pickup my van. I had to wait until 6pm to get my van. Not acceptable. I would have rather been told it would not be ready until 6pm. Or, I would have rather just left it overnight at picked it up the following morning.
