Taz was very helpful throughout my transmission problem of Honda 2018 and kept me posted on what is going on and how long they will be able to fix it and helped lower my stress level. So scary to drive with transmission problem blinking on the dashboard on a freeway from Michigan to California . Now am back in the road and my car drives smoothly again. Thanks Honda of Oakland.

The appointment was difficult to schedule.
The scheduler gave me incomplete information regarding the recall and time to repair.
The service manager did not have any information about why I was there (but was very professional and made sure everything was correct and wxplained all of the recalls to me).
The shuttle never showed up ineither direction.

Taz was awesome! The wait when I arrived was a bit much to drop off since I had an 8 am appointment. I arrived at 755 and it took around 25 min mostly of just waiting in my car. Once Taz helped me she was very helpful and friendly and efficient.
