A simple oil change takes 3 hrs is a terrible customer service. I have never seen such a bad customer service for an oil change before.
The worse part is there is no point scheduling or booking an appointment beforehand because they take 3 hrs for an oil change.
Oil change shouldn’t take more than 30mins in my opinion.
