I always go to Honda oakland service department because of excellent service of Taz Stewart and all the staffs.Taz was professional ,polite and kind.She kept me inform about my car from beginning until finished.She also explained all questions and what to expect for future maintenance .Thank you for doing an above excellence on my car .The service from all staffs were outstanding,prompt and way beyond what could reasonable be expected. On August 18th, I brought my Civic in for an oil change and tire rotation. After I received the car back, I noticed that the tires had not been rotated. I had to notify the service advisor and he brought the car back to the technician who finally did rotate the tires. Also, I did not receive back the special lug used to remove the security lugs on the wheels. It was only after I inquired that it was returned to me. This is disappointing and not something I would expect from Honda. I may not be returning to this dealer for service.
