First time to a “dealer” for me. I spoke with3 people while waiting for my repaired vehicle and they were waiting for their vehicles. All of us thought you were too expensive. My service was questionable. No courtesy car to take us home. They said I needed windshield wipers when I just replaced the 4 months ago. I will probably find a good mechanic and go to hem in the future…..very disappointed!!!

Work was done timely and all the service people were very helpful. Getting charged a fee for using a credit card however, was very upsetting. You are a large business, charging full prices for your services. A fee on cards is inappropriate.

Diem -the service representative told me I had a bad brake job, but would not give me any information as to what was wrong with the brakes via objective measures or tests nor would he give me specs on the appropriate parts that he said were wrong. I had to go confront the person who put my brakes on with zero information, which I directly requested in writing and verbally. I was told my brakes were dangerous and now I am afraid something could be wrong with my car and that fear was used to upsell me on my service. I called the Service Manager and got no response. I feel like this is not how a valued customer should be treated. I bought my car from this dealership and have all work done there until I moved and had a brake job at a location that was more convenient to me. It’s despicable to use fear to upsell customers.
