Customer service was great. However, the day after the maintenance appointment my tire pressure sensors turned on, so while I believe my tires were rotated as stated on the work order why, wouldn’t they check and adjust the tire pressure accordingly.

I really regret going here.
1. Yesterday, after I picked up my car and left, I noticed on the paperwork a long list of items they said were wrong with my car. The paperwork said I had declined repairs. But no one ever spoke with me about these issues and I don't understand some of it.
2. I left phone messages and texts yesterday and today for Tommy to ask about the issues on the paperwork. I also left a message with the main office. I never got a call back.

On the day my car was scheduled- John Jeffries was the only Advisor present (all the others apparently were late) . Even thought John had to take care of all the customers that were lined up that morning - He went out of his way to ensure that I was taken care with the best attitude, professionalism, and level of customer service. John is a great asset to your organization. Last time I was there I was assigned to work with Hong Nong - not a very good experience- If I had to deal with him the day I was there - I would have left and taken my car to Hayward Honda.

It took 2-2 1/2 hours to check/repair a tire. We had to change our whole day around, because of this. We’d been there, the day before, & were told if we got the car there by 7:30 on Saturday, we’d have it back by 8:30. All lies. People need to be honest with the customers.
