The ladies that worked with me were great and informative. I was able to get an appointment same day which is great also. The store could use some TLC. multiple stained ceiling tiles. This is just nit picking tho. Always a great experience each time I have an appointment

I was disappointed that I was not going to be able to wait for my car but super pleased that everyone quickly and professionally provided a cool loaner. Additionally, I was grateful that the team had a person come 30 minutes away to swap my car out, really impressed with everyone.

I am disappointed with the experience. I was there for 2.5 hours, which seemed excessive for such a routine service. I was told that a part under my car was "badly damaged," but I wasn’t given any details or an estimate until I had to ask for both the cost and a picture of the "damaged" part. After having to leave quickly due to the delay with the oil change, I called later that day to inquire about the part, asking if it had been put back on the car or if it needed immediate replacement. I was told that the part was put back on and that it was just dented. Since my car is only 1 year and 3 months old, this situation has left me feeling frustrated and questioning both the quality of service provided and the quality of my Acura, which is still relatively new.
