My car key was misplaced upon returning to pick up my car. They never found it and had to have a new key made for me to leave.

This comment is not related to Aaron Barr. It is regarding initial contact with the Service scheduling team. When I indicated that I had a dead battery and wanted to know if I could get in on Tuesday 3/4/25, I was told the Service department was booked up until Monday 3/10. I had to press the issue, and then someone did check to see if Leta had the correct battery in stock which they did. At that point I made the decision to go to the dealership without an appt to get new battery installed. There needs to be more help from schedulers on front end to let us know we should be able to get "worked in" to get a battery installed same day. Thank you.

Problem was not fixed. I was told there were no codes and the test drive showed no problems. The car is accelerating on its own, which is extremely dangerous. I am terrified myself and my daughter are going to be in an accident. I was told the same thing with the infotainment center , no codes and worked fine on test drive, until they kept it overnight and tried to start it in the morning and had a completely blank screen. It appears sometimes the codes do not present and/or not reliable.
