The oil change and recall fix were done nicely…. BUT: your location has been consistently omitting providing car wash service. You used to give cards for a nearby car wash and even this service is “out of cards.” You’re definitely not providing a quality service that the customer expects.
Coffee: it was awful this time… after one sip, I had to throw it away and get a hot tea. You’re not a restaurant, but little things matter…
