Kevin was great. The problem I had was I bought my car in for a recall on the fuel pump. The service was to take 1-1/2 hours, it took over 2.5 hours. This caused me to an appointment. After the call was done and I drove away I noticed the fuel gauge did not work. I went back to the service department and found out that tech did not check to make sure the gauge worked. Now I need to bring the car back in to have the float in the gas tank adjusted. This was not Kevin’s fault he did everything he could. Service Tech should have checked the system .
