I waited 3 over hours for an oil change today. The people in the waiting area changed over twice while I was still there. Then the price was higher than other places and no discounts offered.

Tyler was fine but either you never recorded when you put in the previous battery or your computer system misplaced the file. As a result the 100 month battery I thought I was getting became a 74 month battery.

Very friendly staff. Also, they took me in even when I arrived early for my appointment.

In my three years having service from here, Tyler gave me the most professional treatment. Thanks a lot

Dashauna was great. Came in for an oil change / check etc. Recall was needed and they kept having problems updating the computer or something. Said my car was ready. When I left the dashboard says unable to update, contact the dealer. It does this every time I restart the car so I don't know how they didn't notice it before they said it was finished. I didn't have time to go back because the oil change visit had already taken 3 hours. I will need to reschedule another visit to have it fixed properly

Trying to make an appointment was difficult for starters. It started with the hours of operation. Your shuttle started were a different time than originally spoke to several people who were supposed to contact me back about the actual times of the shuttle, which nobody ever did contacted me back when I made the appointment I stated I needed a shuttle. Give them the address when I get there. I’m asked you’re waiting for it. We’ll have it done in 30 minutes. I stated I requested a shuttle because I have to be at work in 30 minutes if I wait for the car, I will be late so apparently that wasn’t notated. Then the receptionist got upset because of my tone. I just did not understand why I was being asked a question when I specifically had requested a specific service it just did not make sense to me then the shuttle shows up to pick me up at the wrong address. I’m waiting at work standing outside and she was sent to my home address and actually is my old home address because I sold the house in September so I’m waiting for my car I’m wasting time on my break which is my lunch break which is enough time to go get my car and back at this point and not able to get any food. I was very disappointed in the servers. I got this time.
