Dashuna went above and beyond to be helpful, even showing us where the snacks were at, she also showed us where the great play area was for my child. The tech made a mistake in the order of the service and drove the truck for 67 miles in order for the truck to pass emissions. The mileage on the receipt failed to indicate the proper mileage on the ‘out’ row of the receipt. Also, that drive used 1/8 tank of gas. Tim, the service rep informed me of the mistake and that the tech had to drive the truck but I was surprised at the amount of the additional mileage and gas usage. The documentation of the mileage wasn’t appropriately recorded and the gas usage wasn’t mentioned. I am dissatisfied about the handling and documentation.
