Went to gat a all change and they send me a video of all the other things that I need done. The video and estimates they, send you are supposed to be a breakdown of exactly what you need and the prices. I decided that I would get some of the stuff done and they quoted me a price. Dan, the representative call me back later. And tell me that the price was almost a $500 increase because they left labor out of the estimate. How can they leave something that important out of a video? Estimate that they send you which is supposed to be accurate. I was very upset because I agree to the price they had quoting me. The first time and then for them to call with a five hundred dollar increase was absolutely absurd. Is not surprising because this is a type of customer service.You get there. Then, when I told the service advisor how unfair it was?She repeatedly tried to make excuses. Then, I asked if I could speak with management, and she said they wouldn't be back for a week and no management was available, which was very strange being a big company like this. Only reason I come here is because it's the only Honda dealership. That's close by my house. When I went to the Honda dealership in Hazelwood, I never had these type of problem.
